The company pays the base fee for the overview and analytics. A seat is one phone with the app, used to tap the tags. Prices exclude VAT.

What if the second tap never comes?
The pair stays open. Nothing went wrong. If you set up a report on silence for that place, the system speaks up on its own after the agreed time.
How many people can use the app?
As many as you need. You pay a seat for every phone with the app, so five phones cost differently from fifty.
Does the app know where the phone is?
No. The place is defined by the tag the phone touched. Nothing is recorded between two taps.
Who installs the tags?
We do. We supply them, install them from your list of places and set up what each tap should trigger.
When do we start paying?
The monthly fee runs from launch. You either pay a one-off installation fee based on the number of places, or installation is free with a 12-month commitment.
